Returns and Warranty Policy
We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. Our return and warranty policies are designed to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the integrity of our products.
Returns Policy
- Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging and have not been used.
- Used items, opened products, or items that are damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a return or refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. A return authorization must be obtained before returning the product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Warranty Policy
We provide warranty coverage for manufacturing defects only. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage due to user error, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
CPAP Machines
- Warranty Period: 2 years
- Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper care.
CPAP Masks
- Warranty Period: 30 Days
- Mask Systems (including mask frame, cushion, headgear, and tubing) – excluding single-use devices.
- Accessories – excluding single-use devices.
- Flex-type Finger Pulse Sensors.
- Humidifier Water Tubs (non-reusable).
Accessories (excluding single-use devices), Flex-Type Finger Pulse Sensors, Humidifier Water Tubs (non-reusable)
- Warranty Period: 30 days
- Coverage: This covers defects in material or workmanship.
Batteries for Internal and External Battery Systems
- Warranty Period: 6 months
- Coverage: The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.
CPAP, Bilevel, and Ventilation Devices
- Warranty Period: 2 years
- Coverage: This includes coverage for defects in manufacturing and materials.
Exclusions
- The warranty does not cover items that are subject to normal wear and tear, such as cushions, filters, and single-use items.
- Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed by someone other than the manufacturer is not covered.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- To file a claim, please contact our customer service with proof of purchase, the product serial number, and a description of the defect.
- We will provide instructions for the return or exchange of the defective product. If covered under warranty, the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
